Modern Air began in Pinellas County in 1976 as a company dedicated to providing quality parts and service at economical prices as an alternative to fly-by-night air conditioning companies that dominated the market and took advantage of uninformed customers.
In the 34 years since, Modern Air has helped establish much higher standards for service, repair and installation through better education of customers, low cost service warranties and high quality results.
